For the May 1, 2006 deadline:

Flight confirmation, title of talk, pre-payment of the registration fees and 2 o/ns accommodation costs for a room of your preference should be shorted out.

For the closing date (June 1, 2006):

(i) your registration and full room payment (we need to prepay the hotel);
(ii) your abstract and biographical sketch with 1-3 pages containing representative figures of the materials you will be showing at your talk. Please mount the figures on a page in a ready for publication format. Please include a figure legend under the figure. It is essential to attach a photo of yourself (4x5 cm) on the top left corner of your abstract page which will appear in the Proceedings of the Conference volume (color or black & white); your photo will be included in the conference volume to promote identification and interaction among the invited speakers and attendees.
(iii) Your full research or review article in case you want to submit it to one of our journals for publication.

Publication of presentations
Please prepare a manuscript with the data you will be presenting at the conference that will be published in volume 10 of Gene Ther. & Mol. Biol. You may bring three hard copies (and one floppy disk for electronic typesetting) of your manuscript at the meeting or send it to us, any time before the meeting. Our journal is becoming one of the leading journals in Gene Therapy, the most rapid (1-2 months from receiving the manuscript to publication), and the only one which focuses on articles bridging the gap between gene therapy and molecular biology. Please include color Figures.
